Transino II is a drug containing tranexamic acid, a melasma-improving ingredient, taken two tablets twice daily.

(5) People who have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
(6) People with thrombosis (e.g. cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, pulmonary embolism).
(7) People at risk of thrombosis (people who have previously suffered from thrombosis, people whose family members have suffered from thrombosis, people whose doctor has indicated a congenital coagulopathy, people taking oral contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy or other drugs that may cause thrombosis).

4.Consult a specialist dermatologist if it is difficult to identify whether your blotch is melasma, which is the indication for this product, or if you have a dark, unevenly coloured, raised surface blotchiness.
[Other notes.]
1.This product contains ingredients that make it difficult for blood clots (clots of blood) to dissolve. Therefore, be aware of the initial symptoms of thrombosis*.
*Early symptoms of thrombosis are: severe headache, tongue twisters, tightening chest pain and sudden shortness of breath that lasts for more than 10 minutes, pain and swelling in the calf of one leg, transient loss of consciousness with sudden difficulty breathing and chest pain of unknown cause, etc.
2.Do not take the drug continuously for more than two months. However, take the medication for about one month as a guide to see the effect of the medication.
3. If you relapse after stopping taking the drug, you can take it again, but allow at least two months before restarting. Do not continue taking the drug for longer than two months after restarting.
4. The degree of improvement in blotches varies from person to person and this product is not effective for everyone. Even if it is effective, it does not mean that the blotchiness will disappear completely.

Dosage and administration
Take the following doses with water or hot water.

(2) How to remove tablets:.
Press firmly with fingertips on the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to tear the aluminium foil on the reverse side, remove and take the tablets. (If accidentally swallowed as is, it may lead to unexpected accidents such as penetration of the oesophageal mucosa.)

This product contains the following ingredients in four tablets

Calcium pantothenate 24 mg.
Additives: lactic acid Ca, crystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, Mg stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, talc, titanium dioxide, iron sesquioxide, carnauba wax.

Taking this drug may affect urine and stool laboratory values.
If you are undergoing a medical examination, inform your doctor that you are taking preparations containing vitamin C.
Storage and handling precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not replace the product in other containers. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4) The inner bag (aluminium bag) contains an activated carbon sheet. Do not take.
(5) Do not take the product after the indicated expiry date. Even if the expiry date is within the expiry date, take the product as soon as possible after opening the inner bag (aluminium bag) in order to preserve the quality.

Chronic exposure to UV radiation leads to skin ageing, including blotches and wrinkles.
Even in summer, wear long-sleeved shirts and use hats, sunglasses and parasols.
Also, pay attention to UV rays, e.g. by using sun cream.
[What is melasma?
Chloasma is a common female facial blemish, which is induced or aggravated by pregnancy, oral contraceptives and other factors, and is said to be related to female hormones.
It is slightly aggravated by UV light. They are characteristically pale brown, rather large and symmetrical along the cheekbones.
It is said to be rarely seen in older people. It is also said to be exacerbated by laser treatment.
