◆Strawberry-flavoured, easy-to-swallow syrup formulation that improves symptoms such as cough, runny nose and fever.
◆Free of caffeine, dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride and other ingredients that may disturb children's sleep.

Usage notes.

■■ What not to do ■■
Although this product is for paediatric use, it contains the general precautions prescribed for cold medicines.
(Failure to comply can worsen current symptoms and increase the risk of side effects/accidents.)
1. should not be taken by the following persons
(1) People who have experienced allergic reactions to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) People who have experienced asthma after taking this or other cold or antipyretic analgesics.
2.Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (e.g. oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergy medicines)
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking the dose.
(Drowsiness and other symptoms may occur.)

Toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalised eruptive pustulosis
[Symptoms] High fever, red eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small patches (vesicles) on the reddened skin, general lethargy and loss of appetite, which may persist or worsen rapidly.

[Symptoms] Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general lethargy and loss of appetite may occur.

Symptom name] Renal impairment
[Symptoms] Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalised swelling, generalised lethargy, joint pain (aching joints) and diarrhoea may occur.

Name of symptoms] Interstitial pneumonia
Symptoms] Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself slightly, dry eyes, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.

Name of symptoms] Asthma
[Symptoms] Zeezing or hissing when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc.

Name of symptoms] Aplastic anaemia
[Symptoms] Blue bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling sick and dizzy, haematuria, etc.

Symptoms] Sudden onset of high fever, feverishness, sore throat, etc.

Indications/effects.

Relieves various symptoms of cold (cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat, sneezing, phlegm, stuffy nose, chills (fever-induced sweats), headache, joint pain, muscle pain).

Dosage and administration

Measure the following doses in the accompanying graduated cup and take three times daily after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime. In some cases, doses may be taken up to six times a day, spaced approximately four hours apart.

(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) If the product is to be taken by children, it should be taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
(3) Infants under 2 years of age should be given medical attention first and only if it is unavoidable.
(4) Before closing the cap, wipe the liquid from the mouth of the bottle with clean gauze or similar.
(The liquid may harden and make it difficult to open the cap.)

Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate 16 mg
(Helps relieve coughing and breathing.)
Guaifenesin 83.3 mg.
(Softens the tongue in the throat and makes it easier to get out.)
Chlorpheniramine maleate 2.5 mg
(Helps reduce symptoms of sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion.)
Acetaminophen 300 mg.
(Soothes fever and pain, e.g. fever, headache, sore throat, etc.).

Additives: white sugar, sucralose, benzoic acid, parabens, sodium citrate, citric acid, yellow #5, flavouring agent, vanillin.

Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store tightly closed in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not replace the product in other containers.
(It may cause misuse or change quality.)
(4) Do not take the product after the expiry date. Even if the expiry date is within the expiry date, take the product within 6 months after opening. (To maintain quality)
